De-Personalization, De-Realization and Soul Grounding

De-Personalization, De-Realization and Soul Grounding

De-Personalization and De-Realization

Both of these fall under what I call in Ajãgbè 𞤅𞤫𞥊𞤩𞤢𞥉 Sɛ́gbà - the fragmentation/breaking of the soul which is a very deep subject I give detail to in the Esoteric Vodún Video Series.

DePersonalization leads to feelings of being outside of one's self, as though you are observing life from a distance without feeling connected to your Self.

DeRealization is when your environment doesn't feel real, and you feel disconnected from everything and everybody. This can cause disorientation, as objects can seem undefined and less "solid".

These conditions can often be hard to describe by someone experiencing this. This is why we need more therapists and of course trained priests that can address these types of things.

Grounding Techniques for Feeling Disengaged

If you find yourself disengaged from your Self and/or the world around you, this may be the result of your soul dealing with fragmentation. It may be your spiritual immune system getting your attention before things get big. Try some of these simple grounding techniques to help center yourself and feel more embedded in realty and peace. This can be very useful if you're feeling very stressed or anxious, or if you're suffering from some form of PTSD (flashbacks, kwk). Grounding techniques use your soul-senses to help ground you in truth.

𞤩𞤫𞥊𞥅 Gbè Sound

It may be helpful to listen to some music you find calming or inspiring. It could be something nostalgic that reminds you of the good times. Also, take advantage of the sounds of nature. Pay close attention to what you're hearing out there (a forest or what not), because that is the voice of 𞤥𞤢𞥈𞤱𞤵 Măwù (the Creator).

𞤁𞤢𞤤𞤮𞥊 Ɖ'álɔ̀ - Touch

Physical contact with something comfortable can appease the mind. Something like placing your feet on a furry rug, or something with a soothing texture. Standing barefoot on the ground surely helps with this as you are realigning your energy with Ayì (the Earth).

𞤇𞤶𞤮𞥊𞤫𞥊 Gbɔjɛ Breathing

Breathing exercises should become routine for those who wish to keep their sanity in this world. You can create your own routine and rhythm but start by breathing in for a four count, holding it for four, and breathing out for four. Pay close attention to your rhythm in a meditative way.

And remember: It's always your time to shine!
