Kú d’é wú. Greetings to you. Greetings for what you're doing
Ku d'agban. Greetings for the gift.
Ku d'akwɛ. Greetings (thank you) for the money.
Kú dó ayisɔnmɔ. Greetings since last time.
Ku do gbe nɛ gbe. Greetings (thank you) for another day. Greetings for life.
Kú dó lè hwenu. Greetings for the moment.
Ku do sɔ. Greetings (thank you) for yesterday.
Kú dó tagbà. Greetings in your pain. Acknowledging your pain.
Kú dó té. Greetings while standing.
Kú dó zɔn. Greetings to the one who brings a commission
Kú dó zɔn. Greetings to you while walking.
Kú dó zɔn. Greetings to one from afar.

Kudo ji. I wish you well in the fact that it is raining.

Ku do ji ji zan gbe. Greetings for the day you were born on. "Happy Birthday"
Exchanging Mandatory Pleasantries
Kézé ɔ min lo. un di dɔ nu bi do yiyi wɛ ganji. How is your day (going)? I hope all is well.
A damlo ganji a? Eeen, un damlo ganji. Did you sleep well? Yes, I slept well.
A damlo kpede a? Eeen, Un damlo kpede. Did you sleep a little? Yes, I slept a little.
A fon a? Een, Un fon. Did you wake up? Yes, I woke up.
A fon bi a? Eeen, un fon bi. Did you wake up completely? Yes, I woke up completely.
A do ganji a? Are you well? Eeen, Un do ganji. Yes, I am well. We lo, a do ganji a?- And you? Are you well?
A do yi yi we a? Eeen, un do ganji. Are you doing well? Yes, I'm doing well.
A wa ganji a? Eeen, un wa ganji. Did you arrive well? Yes, I arrived well.
Azan yi aton dokpo je ji. It has been three days and one more. You would say this when you meet someone that you have not seen in a while.
A huanu ka ka. Thank you very much.
E na ce nu we. Thank you.
E do tagba ã - No problem. Can be said to someone who has just thanked you for something.
Bo yi bo wa. Ma yi bo wa. Go and come back. I will go and comeback.
E yi hwe devonu. See you next time.
E yi zaande- See you soon. See you in a little bit. (said when you know you will see the person in a short time)
Xwe towelo, ye do ganji a? And your family, are they well?
Een, xwe do ganji. Yes, my family is doing well.
Mi kan xwé bi o? A way of asking is everything ok with your family/household.
