A full color book of recipes from southern Benin Republic. We believe that a great part of returning to our source of sources is in the diet. It is proven that the American diet is helping to kill people off at younger and younger ages. Much research has shown that indigenous Afrikan diets are much healthier. This anti-human diet that we have over here effects everyone who eats it. However, as with anything that is effecting the people who created this diet, this diet is making Afrikan people sicker than the ones who started this diet and at younger ages. 

Thys, the ReAfrikanizatiom diet is also about life as Máwùfɛ (Afrika) is synonymous with life itself.
